Put An Egg On It

Kicking things off is Put An Egg On It’s party, If I Knew You Were Coming I Would Have Baked A Cake, launching on Friday, 11th of November at 7 pm. The festivities celebrates the New York City indie-food magazine’s residency for three days at the hotel, where they are promoting their fascination with sharing food and stories around the world, starting from Tokyo and concluding in New York. It was conceived out creating portraits of people through their relationship with the food that they make and share. The evening also sees the launch of the magazine’s #13th Issue. For the duration of their stay, you can join them for a meal, or browse their pop-up shop. You can find a selection of food-items from Tokyo, New Orleans and New York, alongside other printed projects they love.


Little Wild Brunchers: A Sunday Brunch with Vild, supporting mother2mother (m2)

Get ready for a Sunday Brunch organised by London-based Scandinavian label Vild – House of Little. Filled with music and photography – curated by SoundsCreative Projects and Julia Boggio, an award-winning photographer – the event is held in support of the organisation mothers2mothers (m2). The not-for-profit organisation leads global efforts to end paediatric AIDS and supports families and communities by training and employing HIV-positive mothers as frontline healthcare workers. Founded in 2001, m2m, through its high-impact peer approach, has reached out to more than 1.4 million HIV-positive mothers across nine countries in the sub-Saharan African.

Specially created by Ace Hotel London, Executive Chef Simon Gregory, the brunch menu will be sure to amaze.


Racquet Magazine: First Launch Issue

Want a dose of global tennis culture? Then look no further than Racquet Magazine, your quarterly journal that celebrates the sport that is now enjoying a renaissance. The journal aims to bring back that 70s and 80s swagger, of pioneering women batting sexism and establishing their own tour, into the revered game.


Jonny Woo Gives Thanks:An Evening of Serious Dining and Light Entertainment

Americans’, and any one who loves a good turkey or pie, rejoice! For Ace Hotel is offering a traditional Thanksgiving Menu for both lunch and dinner. Bringing a little Englishness to the night is drag legend Jonny Woo, who is set to host and entertain in the evening, after 9 pm.

Riposte Magazine: Modern Icons Launch

Rounding up the November festivities is Riposte Mgazine, a smart magazine for women, and their launch of Modern Icons. The collection of illustrations by Lauren Tamaki, features modern female icons whose lives and careers have pushed boundaries or challenged expectations. Specially commissioned by Ace Hotel London, the illustrations will be installed in their window box gallery, facing Shoreditch High Street. Come along and celebrate their greatness with a drink!
