PFW Blossom: Alexis Mabille’s French Fantasy

Spring Summer 2018 Ready-To-Wear

Generously cut silhouettes and a hint of romance, Alexis Mabille took a slightly more sporty direction for his Spring Summer 2018 collection. A peaceful invasion of happiness walked the runaway, a breath of fresh air during the Paris Fashion Week madness.

“There are several concepts: destructiveness, sportswear and lingerie by Dita Von Teese.” said Mabille

Starting with the invitation, the blue stripes were a main theme throughout the show, which reminded us of men’s pyjamas, highly contrasting with the hyper feminism expressed throughout the collection. Layers, transparency and lace, with lingerie by the designer’s long-time friend Dita Von Teese.

Youthful, elegant and sexy all at once, the Spring collection from Alexis Mabille, titled Paris Blossom, plays nicely into your French fantasies.

Unseen: the soundtrack “Pateando el Reloj” by Dab perfectly captured the spirit. Spotify it
