Celebrate summer in style with the launch of Zuma’s new menu “Champagne Gogo”. The menu ‘Gogo’ -which stands for the Japanese word “afternoon”- features two delicately flavoured mochis; sweet cherry and white chocolate and fruity guava and mango with a selection of specially curated cocktail range. The perfect combo for a refreshing London afternoon.

The selection of cocktails includes Sugi Zai (Ketel One vodka infused cedar wood, lemon juice, cherry brandy , yuzu juice , champagne),  Rose Petal Martini (Crystal Head aurora vodka, ginger and rose petal syrup, lychee puree, lemon juice and champagne) and one of the summer specials the Hokkaido Blossom (Tanqueray No. TEN, lillet blanc, plum sake, lemon, orange blossom, Champagne). A selection of Champagnes, spritzes and other cocktails are also available. , pairs classic Japanese ice cream mochis with refreshing Champagne cocktails. 

With a stunning design throughout, the restaurant offers a sophisticated twist on the traditional Japanese izakaya style of informal eating and drinking. The ethos behind Zuma is to deliver an authentic flavour of the East while respecting the traditions of the past.

Sarah Barlondo is the Founder and Editor in Chief at Mood Board Magazine. An entrepreneur and devoted activist, she studied Architecture at Parsons, School of Design and Journalism+Politics at The New School in New York. She founded Access New in New York, the first student coalition for students with disabilities. Sarah Barlondo is now based in London where she studied at the Architectural Association, School of Architecture and is now completing her Architecture degree at Central Saint Martins.
