The selection of cocktails includes Sugi Zai (Ketel One vodka infused cedar wood, lemon juice, cherry brandy , yuzu juice , champagne), Rose Petal Martini (Crystal Head aurora vodka, ginger and rose petal syrup, lychee puree, lemon juice and champagne) and one of the summer specials the Hokkaido Blossom (Tanqueray No. TEN, lillet blanc, plum sake, lemon, orange blossom, Champagne). A selection of Champagnes, spritzes and other cocktails are also available. , pairs classic Japanese ice cream mochis with refreshing Champagne cocktails.
